Private money lending is when a private individual or small business loans another investor or investment company their own personal funds to use for investment purposes. In real estate, it's an alternative option for financing an investment property outside of a traditional bank or lending institution.

I gather funds from private investment company or investors. The funds can either be interest only or Principal and interest. Less requirements that typical bank procedures and turn around is quicker. This method is much more flexible for clients with credit challenges and very effective for renovation of your home or build.
